Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to advertising services supplied by AHOTC LTD, trading as Onroad Media ("we", "us", "our"), and to your use of this website.

• Bookings are enquiry-led. You contact us, and we confirm availability, the position, the term and the price in writing.
• A contract is formed when we confirm your booking in writing and you accept it. The agreed order, including the specific quote, fees and schedule, controls over any general information on this website.
• The old online booking pages are no longer available. Existing bookings and payment arrangements remain governed by the terms agreed when they were confirmed.
• Bookings are subject to availability. We may decline a booking that conflicts with an existing agreement, and will refund any amounts paid for it.

• A single panel is £300 per month and a full side is £800 per month, plus VAT. The price in your agreed order is the price that applies.
• The minimum term is 3 months, then monthly thereafter unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Discounts of 5%, 10% and 20% apply to commitments of 6, 12 and 24 months respectively, where confirmed in your order.
• Prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Any setup or installation fee will be stated in your agreed order.
• Failed payments may lead to suspension of your advertising display. We will try to contact you before taking further action.

• Artwork rights, licences and technical specifications are agreed separately in your order.
• You are responsible for supplying artwork that meets the agreed specification, unless design is agreed separately.
• Design services, including from Cato Studios, are agreed separately and are not included unless your order says so.
• We may refuse artwork that is unlawful, misleading or in breach of the UK Advertising Codes (CAP/BCAP).
• By supplying artwork you confirm you hold the rights needed to use it.

• We do not offer discretionary refunds for voluntary cancellation of a confirmed booking, where permitted by law. Any cancellation or early termination charge must be lawful, fair and made clear in the written order before you book.
• Any relocation fees will be agreed in writing before booking.
• Requests to end or change a booking should be sent in writing to info@onroad.media.
• If we cancel a booking for reasons within our control, we will refund any prepaid, unused period.
• Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

Read our Refund Policy. No-refund wording does not exclude any cancellation right, refund or other remedy required by law.

• We do not guarantee any number of impressions, views or leads.
• Subject to the next point, our total liability under or in connection with a booking is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months before the claim arose.
• Nothing limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
• We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, such as vehicle breakdowns, accidents or vandalism.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the place you live.

We may update these terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to a confirmed booking unless you agree to them.
