Cookies Policy

This policy explains how this site stores information in your browser. Browser storage is treated under the same rules as cookies. See our Privacy Policy for how data is used.

• orm_cookie_choice (localStorage): your analytics choice, the policy version and the time you chose it. This is necessary preference storage, not a visitor identifier. A choice is valid for 180 days, then we ask again. Where storage is blocked, a choice applies only for the current page session.
• orm_sid (localStorage, optional): a random visitor ID created only after you accept analytics. It stays until you clear your browser data, reject analytics or your choice expires. The ID has no separate expiry.
• orm_visit (sessionStorage, optional): landing attribution and a visit ID, stored only after you accept analytics. It is cleared when you reject analytics; browsers normally discard it when the tab session ends.
• Visit grouping: a new page view reuses the last visit record if it falls within 30 minutes. This is not automatic deletion after 30 minutes.

The site does not currently use advertising pixels.

Staff sign-in uses Clerk, which may set necessary authentication and security cookies. Existing payment arrangements use Stripe. These services are not embedded in public marketing pages. Their cookies and durations are managed by those providers.

You can clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Doing so may stop sign-in or account features working, and a cleared visitor ID means you will get a new one.

Analytics is off until you choose Accept analytics. Reject analytics is equally available. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice or withdraw consent. Rejecting analytics removes this site's analytics identifiers and stops new analytics requests. Your contact enquiry still works without analytics. Withdrawal does not automatically delete historical records; see the Privacy Policy for your rights.

We do not load advertising pixels or third-party media embeds on public pages. Fonts are served by this site, not Google. Browser settings can also be used to block or clear storage.
